For this inspection service, we’ll assess the overall condition of a commercial property. Generally, we’re able to inspect small commercial properties such as commercial condominiums and other multi-family living units (including 4-plexes).

New Construction Inspection

Before the builder commences with the final walkthrough of your new home, you can schedule this inspection to give yourself peace of mind and to avoid the hassle of having your new home worked on after you’ve already moved in. Re-Inspections

Don’t let an inspection with an undesirable result get you down. If we find a defective component during our initial inspection, you can have us return to the property for a Re-Inspection as soon as the issue is corrected. We’ll double-check any repair work to confirm that the original issue is taken care of, while also taking a look to make sure that nothing else was affected in the process.

Radon Testing

Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that occurs naturally in the ground and can accumulate to dangerous levels inside a home without any visible warning signs. We’ll test the air quality in your home using professional-grade equipment to determine whether radon levels exceed the EPA’s action threshold. If elevated levels are detected, you’ll have the documented results you need to take the appropriate next steps before moving forward with your buying or selling decision.
